You may browse this site and contact us freely. You may not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, or use it for anything unlawful.

We design, build, host, and optimise websites for local businesses. The exact scope, price, and timeline of any project are agreed in writing before work starts. Anything described on this website is indicative, not a binding offer.

SEO and rankings. Search engines control their own results. We apply established, above-board practices, but nobody can guarantee a specific ranking, traffic figure, or number of enquiries, and we do not.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue until cancelled. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee — you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own terms.

You keep ownership of the text, images, logos, and other material you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for making sure your content is accurate and lawful. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Once your account is paid up to date, you own the custom design and content we produce for your site. Underlying frameworks, tools, and reusable components we developed before or outside your project remain ours.

Hosted plans are served on infrastructure we do not own or control. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by third-party providers, your domain registrar, or events outside our reasonable control.

By giving us your contact details you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry, your project, or your account by email, phone, or text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of essential service emails about your account.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

We do not build or host sites for, and may end service to, anyone using our work for:

• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Adult content, gambling, or illegal substances
• Unsolicited bulk email or messaging
• Infringement of someone else’s intellectual property

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Either of us may end the arrangement with reasonable notice. If you cancel a hosted plan, your site stops being served at the end of the paid period. We will provide a copy of your site files and content on request within 30 days of cancellation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the revised terms.
